Available Sponsorships

Event Sponsor: $10,000

The event sponsor’s information will be in all future advertisements and announcements associated with the symposium. The fee from the event sponsor is used to offset the facility costs for the event. The event sponsor will be acknowledged at the opening and closing sessions. Lunch Sponsor: $5,000

The lunch sponsor fee covers the costs associated with lunch. The sponsor will be provided with a 5-minute slot during lunch to make a presentation about their company. The lunch sponsorship comes with one booth. (SOLD OUT)

Registration and Breakfast Sponsor: $3,000

The registration sponsor fee covers the costs associated with registration and the continental breakfast provided during registration. The sponsor will have the ability to select the lanyard and provide their logo to be used with the name cards for registration. The sponsor will be acknowledged during the registration and the opening session. The registration sponsorship comes with one booth. (1 of 2 available)

Closing Reception Sponsor: $5,000

The closing reception sponsor fee will be used to offset the cocktail and social hour at the end of the event. The sponsors will be provided with a 5-minute slot to make remarks about their company, etc. Each closing reception sponsor will also have one booth. (2 of 2 available)

Break Sponsor: $1,500

The break sponsorship covers the cost of the snacks and drinks provided during the morning and afternoon breaks. The sponsors will also receive a booth. The sponsors' logos will be presented during the break and acknowledged before each break. (2 of 4 available)

Vendor Booth Only: $250

Vendor booths include one table and two chairs. Vendors will have ample opportunity to meet with SCiDUC members and symposium attendees throughout the day. There will also be outdoor demonstration areas and times available (weather permitting) if applicable. All SPONSORS will also receive a vendor booth.
